Our Services

Support shaped around you and your pace. Sessions are 50 minutes for individuals and 80 for couples; no number of sessions is promised.

Individual Therapy

One-on-one sessions to help you understand your patterns, work with difficult emotions and build the inner resources you need. This is not a fixed program: you and Dr. Liang set the pace and the focus together.

  • A plan shaped around what you want

  • 50-minute sessions, usually weekly at first

  • Methods drawn from ACT, IFS and somatic work

  • Video sessions for clients in states where we are licensed (Oregon)

Couples Counseling

For partners who want to break repetitive conflict cycles and understand each other better. Sessions look at how you communicate and the patterns each of you brings. It is not a way to decide who is right.

  • Emotionally focused and Gottman method informed

  • Communication skills practice

  • Looking at attachment patterns

  • Longer 80-minute sessions

Anxiety & Stress

For worry and tension that take up too much room. We combine cognitive-behavioral methods with mindfulness and somatic awareness, so you can notice what is happening and respond. This is practice, not a promise that anxiety goes away.

  • Settling the body

  • Mindfulness-based stress reduction

  • Cognitive restructuring

  • Everyday tools to practice between sessions

Trauma Therapy

For the effects of hard experiences. Our approach is gentle and paced, and it begins with steadiness before any difficult material. You can stop at any point. This is not a quick fix.

  • EMDR, where it fits and you agree

  • Somatic Experiencing

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
